At Aspire, we are very lucky that we are given the opportunity to work flexibly and remotely, on average twice a month. We've found that, on our WFH we are able to get more done and typically, the employee in question will work harder as there are far fewer distractions. It is also something that many of our candidates, regardless of their level of seniority are looking for in their new roles.
At the risk of sounding blindingly obvious, remote working is just working. And more often than not, it’s working during the time you’d previously spent commuting, meaning you start earlier and sometimes finish later.
