Whilst the news is continually full of Brexit gloom, it is encouraging to note that 2017 was a record year for ad spend and the forecast is for continued growth in 2018. 

Sure, without Brexit uncertainty we may have experienced even more growth, but either way it is great news for those working in the digital, media and marketing services sector and disciplines. The war for talent show no signs of slowing down anytime soon. Margins are tight so there is little wage inflation, therefore increasing numbers of people in the sector who are looking elsewhere to develop their careers and boost their earnings.
