I remember feeling utterly overwhelmed when I finished university. I had spent 3 years busting a gut to get my 2:1 and then had to answer the question, "what next?" It seems that this is still a dilemma faced by graduates (many) years later, with over a third not knowing how to write a CV and over half feeling unprepared for interviews. This is why in my role, we spend a lot of time looking at values and understanding what motivates our candidates so that we can place them in roles where they will stay and develop for the long term.
