In a recent article by BuzzFeed people born between 1981 and 1996 will be known as "the burnout generation".  Many factors have drawn this conclusion but the main is challenging jobs and tough economic conditions. The pressure to succeed or look to be "doing well" is unbelievable, as if you are not seen to be out spending your money or having fun on social media well what is the point..are you even enjoying your life...

High pressured environments, is it making us tougher, or is it creating issues further down the line. Studies show that if you are exposed to high pressured situations within work early on it helps you develop resilience and then find other situations less stressful than those that are not used to the pressure.
