We have spoken to so many clients about what they should pay potential employees and also candidates about what their skill set and track record is worth in the London market recently. All this was following a salary survey we conducted. One thing is for sure; for a lot of our markets it's really competitive for the top talent and employers must make sure they pay the market rate to keep hold or attract the right people.
