Tattoos appear to no longer be a worry for recruiters trying to get their candidates a job!
When I first started in recruitment tattoos showing (certainly above collars or cuff) was a huge worry and some candidates may have not got that job we thought they were great for because of it. Thankfully I haven't heard of any instances of this for years now and this is probably because they are so common. Where I grew up - a leafy home county village - there is a tattoo parlour where once a pet store stood, showing how accesable they are and what huge demand there is for them....but now they are so common perhaps no tattoos is the new tattoo!
" Some are wondering if tattoos have finally gone mainstream, are tattoos finally becoming uncool?"
