Well, this is an interesting one.
Currently in Birmingham there are hundreds of Deliveroo drivers posted up outside the Deliveroo offices striking over changes in the way they are employed. Drivers are angry that Deliveroo have started to implement a book your shift service thereby limiting the amount of work a driver can receive, it's had a nightmare response from the drivers.
Definitely in Birmingham Deliveroo's reputation has been tarnished and it's going to leave them with an army of angry, upset and undervalued staff. Is this the way forward?
Creating a new strategy and global marketing campaign is great but if you've got a bunch of unhappy employees that is surely going to have a hugely negative impact on your business.
Step up Deliveroo.

Deliveroo has a new strategy and brand purpose, as well as a new brand positioning and global marketing campaign, as it looks to move beyond its core market and encourage people to switch in an increasingly competitive market.
