See it doesn't matter who you are, sometimes you just can't get the words out. 

Yet Sir Alan and others judge people at these moments making career defining decisions yet unaware that they also sometimes have a brain running faster than a mouth. 

The Apprentice is a very poor example of how to select talent. Yet this one clip demonstrates that we all need to be aware of our own bias and allow those that have invested time in seeking to join us, have the opportunity to share their thoughts and experience before we pass judgement.
