Whilst the worrying forecast is that we're due for a post-Brexit skill shortage, there is also another way of looking at this.
A recent report published by the Staffing Industry Analysts shows that unemployment is at a 42 year low and the number of vacancies is increasing. With industries increasing salaries; 'Finance and banking roles are paying 4.8 per cent more than a year ago, and engineering jobs 3.8 per cent more, according to the survey.'
So with increased salaries and skill set shortages, are you asking if you are being paid what you're worth? If not then maybe it's time you looked at a move.
