Teen Tech have a point. It may be only 2.5% of the 40,000 tech companies based in London but unless you recruit with an open mind, not just seeking the best skilled talent but also take account of a balanced culture, you will find it increasingly difficult to grow. In addition it will be even more difficult to change tack and attract people from different backgrounds. If you have an entirely male workforce it can be very intimidating for the first female to consider working with you, regardless of how much you need her skills and competencies.
