In the 3+ years since I've been recruiting marketing professionals, the marketing landscape has changed drastically. Every quarter, month, week there is a new channel, new tool or new way to target customers and ultimately drive traffic and increase ROI. 

Somehow (ludicrous I know!) we're now reaching the final quarter of 2016 and business, industries and specialisms alike are thinking "what happens next year"?
